Karalee Manis, Managing Editor
Karalee Manis is a senior writing major at Lakeland University and currently claims Oswego, Ill., as her home town, as most of her family live in the area. She has previously been a staff reporter and copy editor for The Mirror, and is now the managing editor. Manis is currently working on her senior project, a poetry book due out late fall or early winter that will contain a lot of weird poems about weird ways people died, along with some other oddball poems. When she is not buried in reading and editing copy for both The Mirror and the literary magazine Seems, for which she is an assistant editor, or working on her own writing, she is either attempting to watch something all the way through on Netflix or is trying to sleep. She lives in Sheboygan, Wis., with her plants, poems and story ideas taking up all her remaining time.
