Jake Sagal, Writing Editor & Staff Reporter
Jake works for The Mirror as both an editor and staff writer. He majors in English and minors in writing and is in his fifth year at Lakeland. He likes long walks in the park and good scotch. A man of many talents, Jake works as a senior resident assistant, secretary of the global student association, and president of student government. Furthermore, Jake also works as a writing tutor at LU. In addition to his impressive resume, Jake is also a news junkie. He reads The Washington Post and the BBC daily and admits he may have a problem. Jake is also a very worldly and cultured man. Having traveled to three different countries in 14 days, he has now changed his personality into that of a traveler and won’t stop talking about it. Upon graduation Jake’s plan is to obtain a master’s degree in journalism.
