Rueben Miquale Richardson is a writer for the Mirror. He is a senior with a double major in religion and creative writing. Rueben enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time trying to create his own stories. Something people might not know about him is that he tends to enjoy cooking and playing music while he cooks. He says it is because it makes him feel closer to home which is Louisiana. He joined the Mirror not only for his major but because he wants to be a part of something great and hopes to share the stories of those who need to be heard and who need a hand to give them a stronger voice. He is very compassionate when it comes to social justice. He hopes to one day be able to write on issues dealing with not only racial issues but also on issues with sexuality for everyone to gain the understanding and support those in need of allies.
