Lakeland football changes home field

Due to field conditions, Lakeland University’s football team will play their final two home games of the season at Sheboygan North High School.

Lakeland’s football field has become progressively worse with the heavy amounts of rain the area has received lately. During the homecoming game on Oct. 1 against Concordia University Wisconsin, the grass turned to mud, leaving the field unplayable.

The upcoming games on Saturday, Oct. 22 vs. Wisconsin Lutheran College and Saturday, Nov. 5 against Aurora University will be played on Urban Field at North High School. Both games will start at 1 p.m.

North High School is located at 1042 School Ave., Sheboygan. Come cheer on the Muskies!
