Upcoming International Food Festival showcases 19 countries

On Saturday, Nov. 5, the Global Student Organization will hold its annual International Food Festival at 5:30 p.m. in Bossard Hall.

At this event, guests will experience various cultures from around the world as they taste mini samples of food from 19 different countries.

Junior business administration and marketing major Avinash Limbu, president of the Global Student Organization, said, ‘‘Students put a lot of effort to make and hold this event. I would like to encourage everybody from the Lakeland communities to join us in this auspicious occasion.”

The International Food Festival is open to the public. Admission is free, but donations are more than welcome.
