Jeremy Kobe is a senior at Lakeland University, majoring in communications. He graduates in spring 2026. Jeremy is a writer and photographer for
The Mirror, where he enjoys writing stories that provide a glimpse into campus life and taking photos that do the same for the community. His stories are usually about sports and students, and his photography is usually about student life, because he believes that sports and campus events are more than games or events.
In his free time, Jeremy is a football player for the Lakeland Muskies and enjoys skiing, camping, and traveling. He was adopted, along with his brother, Cj, by his mother, Colleen Kobe, who is a tremendous influence and support in his life. Jeremy joined The Mirror staff because he has enjoyed writing since childhood and wishes to share stories that bring people together. His future goals are to be a salesperson upon graduation and continue looking for new challenges and new experiences.
