On December 9, 2021, at 11 a.m., Lakeland continues fostering connections between social justice and the greater university community with this semester’s final session in the Employer’s Playbook for Talent series. Hosted each semester by the Cooperative Education and Career Readiness team, the final session theme focuses on “Social Justice in Our Community and Workforce” and diversity, equity, and inclusion Topics.

This particular session will explore how higher education institutions prepare students to thrive in culturally inclusive communities and work environments. “The main focus of this series is on professional development for community members, students are always welcome to attend. We have a few who have signed up for the various topics that are important to today’s professionals. All of our sessions are free and open to anyone who wishes to attend, they take place virtually and in person.” said Christopher Ledvina.
