Lakeland is through with spamming your inbox.

In an email sent out to all students, staff and faculty, director of external relations David Gallianetti announced a new policy regarding what information Lakeland will and will not email you.

According to Gallianetti, mass emailing will be limited to emergencies and massive announcements in the future. All other announcements will be left to Lakeland Today, the staff-run website that holds a calendar for all planned events.

Gallianetti also asked readers to provide feedback on Lakeland Today for the betterment of the website.
