Last Friday, Dec. 4, Lakeland students had the opportunity to get together and go to a recognition ceremony. The students were allowed to bring guests to partake in the activities, which included a few speeches, receiving achievement plaques and hors d’oeuvres and champagne. Before and after the ceremony, students, guests, staff and faculty mingled and spoke fondly of their time at Lakeland.
