Pi Kappa Gamma will be selling Valentine’s Day themed candy during lunch. They will also be selling assorted goody bags that can be put in someone special’s mailbox along with a note on Valentine’s Day.
Feb. 4 A Night with Teachers 5:30 p.m. Sponsored by: Career Development
Eight Sheboygan area K-12 teachers, who are all alumni, will be talking about the teaching industry during a panel and small group Q & A for education majors.
Feb. 5 Etiquette Lunch Laun Center 209 at 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Sponsored by: Career Development
This is an opportunity to learn about proper dining habits in a formal setting. There will be employers in attendance and it includes a free lunch.
Feb. 11-15 Heart Health Awareness Week Sponsored by: Pi Kappa Gamma
There will be different events every night throughout the week to promote healthy lifestyle. Events include smoothies on Monday, a comedian on Tuesday, making Valentines and healthy snacks on Wednesday, Zumba on Thursday, and a pub party on Friday.

This a week of activities that is similar to Homecoming, except there is more focus on having fun and meeting new people.

Feb. 21Work Force Career and Internship Fair 3-7 p.m. Sponsored by: Career Development
120 employers and 1,000 students from 23 private colleges in Wisconsin will get together to discuss and learn about future career and internship opportunities. Limited transportation will be provided, but a five-dollar deposit is required. More information to come.
Convocations
Feb. 12 Islam in America: Challenges and Opportunities 7 p.m.
Mr. Othman M. Atta and several of his students will share their perspectives on Islam and discuss their lives as Muslim Americans. It will be more of a Q&A opportunity than a presentation.
Feb. 19 Founders’ Day Lecture: Lillian Daniel 11 a.m.
Dr. Lillian Daniel will answer questions concerning the difference between partaking in religion and being spiritual. She will answer such questions by referring to different stories of people searching for God in everyday life.
Feb. 21 Mosaic Concert 7:30 p.m.
The evening event will feature talented students from the Creative Arts Division. Performances and presentations include: Piano Duo, Shilcutt Handbell Ensemble, Light Show, Poetry Ensemble, Debate, and the LC Jazz Ensemble.
